Voucher Redemption

Vouchers can be used for both products and services offered by Amy Rutherford Ceramics, except where stated otherwise upon purchase of the voucher.

Booking Procedures

Recipients of the gift vouchers must contact Amy Rutherford Ceramics to book their desired workshop or redeem their voucher against a purchase.

Booking should be made in advance and is subject to availability.

To book a service, recipients must provide the voucher details, including the unique voucher code.

Expiry Date

Each gift voucher issued will have an expiry date clearly indicated on it.

All services booked using the voucher must be scheduled and taken before the expiry date mentioned on the voucher. All purchases made using the gift voucher must be done prior to the vouchers expiry.

Expired vouchers will not be accepted for redemption, and no extensions will be granted beyond the expiry date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a recipient needs to cancel or reschedule a booked service, they must inform Amy Rutherford Ceramics at least 30 days before the scheduled appointment, in line with the cancellation policy.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

Non-Transferable

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Amy Rutherford Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Additional Charges

If the cost of the purchase or service exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the recipient will be responsible for covering the remaining balance.

Any additional charges incurred during the service will be the responsibility of the recipient.
