Delivery & Returns
Each and every piece is handmade in my North East studio. The handmade nature may result in variation in colour, size and shape. Photographs may not be of the exact item you receive but will be of the same design, glaze and clay type. I endeavour to make each piece as close as possible to the photographs shown.
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days (excluding custom orders). Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. I use recyclable and biodegradable packing peanuts, tissue paper, paper bubble wrap and cardboard. Please reuse what you can.
Longer lead times are stated in the item description and apply in particular for customised items. If you require a shorter delivery time please get in touch prior to ordering on contact@amyrutherfordceramics.com.
When orders are despatched you will be provided with a reference number which can be tracked on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
International Shipping
I post internationally, with the shipping method varying depending upon the standard postage and courier servings available. Please contact me before buying and I will adjust the price depending on destination. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery and more during busy periods.
Please note that some consignments may incur a customers charge which is to be paid by the customer.
Returns
Returns are accepted for exchange, credit or in some cases refund. Items must be returned unused and shipped with adequate care to ensure the piece is not broken in transit. Broken or used items sadly aren’t eligible for exchange, credit or refund. Returns are at the customers expense.
All returns are at the sole discretion of Amy Rutherford Ceramics and I reserve the right to refuse any return.
Commissions of any kind, especially those which include a custom inscription, stamp or other personalisation are not eligible for exchange, credit or refund.
Please be aware that everything is handmade and therefore there may be nuances, these nuances do not constitute faults.
